On Sunday 3rd July at our Sunday Evening service, we are holding a special memorial service for Pastor McConnell, who served his Lord and this house for over 62 years.
Pastor McConnell had such an impact on our church, our land, and particularly on many individual people, many of whom later went into full-time service for the Lord Jesus. On that evening we’ll hear from people from across our land and beyond, whose lives have impacted by his ministry, and we’ll get to hear some comments made through the years, by Pastor McConnell himself. The Gospel message will be preached as it is here each week.
The service is open to everyone who would like to attend. It is not a ticketed event, and there be tea and coffee following the service. On that night John McCreedy’s book “Man with the Mantle” will also be released. So come along and join with us for that special service, in the building and online.
