To celebrate the completion of another Academic year, and recognise the achievements of all of the students, The Shepherd's Academy annual dinner took place on 11 June. The venue this year was again Clandeboye Lodge Hotel.
A great night of fellowship was enjoyed by those who attended. Many of the TSA students were there along with lecturers and those who help support and run it. We were also pleased to welcome special guests Pastor Edwin Michael and his wife Margaret who presented the awards.
At the dinner, Tim Hancock received his award as top student in 2024.
The relaxed night also had a few surprises, including a guest appearance by Alex Robb, and a TSA-themed table quiz.
It was a great opportunity to say thank you to Pastor David Purse whose original vision has turned into TSA we know today.
Well done to all the students, and thank you to all the staff at Clandeboye Lodge who provided a great venue and meal.
Graduation and Awards Night
Then on Wednesday 12th June The Shepherd's Academy had it's first graduation service, with over 30 students completing their three-year Diploma. Guests of honour Pastor Edwin and Margaret Michael presented the Diploma certificates to the students.
Pastor Edwin also congratulated Pastor David Purse for the vision of starting TSA, and all the board and lecturers were thanked for their contribution to making TSA the success that it has been.
